Peel the
orange and remove white membranes.
Core and
dice the apples.
In a sauce
pan, combine the apple juice, lemon juice, salt, cinnamon
stick and salt. Bring to a full boil. Reduce the heat
and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool, then remove cinnamon
stick. Combine the pineapple, orange and apples in a
bowl. Pour the syrup over the fruits and refrigerate
for 1 -2 hours.
