Banana Smoothie

with Strawberries

 

  • 3 frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 of a banana

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt

  • 1 ice cube

  • Honey to taste (optional)

Place all ingredients in the blender and blen until smooth.

Smoothies make healthy and easy breakfasts for those days when you are in a hurry. Try them with a variety of different fruits based on seasonal selections and your families personal favorites.

We like to keep an assortment of freezer fruits for those time when we are low on groceries and need a quick and easy breakfast drink.
