in Calories
A good smoothie for weight gain!
This
is one of my family's favorite smoothie recipes.
Ingredients
- 8
ounces (about 1/2 can) of coconut milk. I use Thai
Kitchen brand as it does not contain preservatives
with sulfites.)
- 1
banana, cut into about 1" pieces
- 1/2
cup limeade. (My kids like the fresh tangerine juice
from Odwalla).
- 1
small can of mandarin oranges.
- 1
scoop of protein powder

Directions
- Place
all ingredients in the blender. Blend on high until
smooth.

Notes
My family
doesn't do well on a lot of dairy foods, so we often sustitute
coconut milk for cow's milk.
This smoothie
is high in calories and fat because of the coconut milk, so
this is not a smoothie for those watching their weight.
