This
is a a favorite after school snack at our house.
Ingredients
- 1
14 oz. can of Thai Kitchen Coconut milk
- 1
banana, cut into about 1" pieces
- 1
15 oz can of Golden Star Loquats in light syrup
- 1/2
Cup of Lemonade

Directions
- Place
all ingredients in the blender blend until creamy
and smooth.

Notes
I recommend
using Thai Kitchen coconut milk because it does not have preservatives.
Some of the canned coconut milks are preserved with sulfites,
which have been linked to a number of adverse health conditions.
