Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.

Whisk together peanut butter, egg, melted butter and
milk.
3.
Stir in the dry ingredients.
4.
Lightly grease or oil the muffin tins and fill
half of the tins with batter.
5.
Add a layer of the strawberry jam over each muffin.
6.
Top off each muffin with the remaining jelly.
7.
Bake for around 20 minutes until lightly browned.
