Wild Rice Tuna Salad

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cooked long grain rice

  • 1 cup of cooked wild rice

  • 1/4 cup of choopd onion

  • 1/3 cup of low fat mayonaise

  • 1/3 cup of light, organic sour cream

  • 1/2 cup of diced celery

  • 1 teaspoon of dried dill weed

  • 2 table spoons of pickle relish, drained

  • tablepsoons of organic apple cider vinegar

  • 1/8 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce

  • 6 ounce can of tuna, drained

  • 1 cup of lowfat cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

 

Place all ingredients except tuna and cheddar cheese in a large bowl and stir. Gently stir in tuna and cheese.
